just started listening and learning how much bigger the whole mushroom thing is up north, I'm in a good location in CT where  I wouldn't  be encroaching on any other farms as there are none that can supply the freshest products , there's so many farmers markets gourmet markets and restaurants.  I can relate to  you and everyone on the shows ..I've been trying to figure my life out for four years of nasty depression and thought micro dosing was going to save me but then I taught myself thru books for 3 years, no social media just books...hated podcasts, then i found this one after failing for years and realizing im a need 6 tents that  cant afford but i need more agar so that will keep that culture going while o theres another bag with Trichoderma and shit should i just quit and throw out my flow hood? but wait there's one more bag a spawn lemme just see what happens and ya maybe ill order another culture.  haha Put me in the show as Mycellium addict , sure psilos started it but that was just the tip.

Hey Erik and Tyler! Glad I joined the burgeoning community of MycoWizardry... We were honored to have you at Underground Mushroom Co. in Beverly, Massachusetts last week and only wish we got a picture with the Wizard himself!

As you know, I'm a small scale block producer and I'd like to know more about simple things like how best to cut a block for fruiting each species. How much light/ventilation do I need in my incubation? Do i need to worry about my water supply before sterilization? Shit like that. You guy's are so knowledgable it's beyond me, I need to be beak fed the regurgitated wisdom you so unknowingly discard.

Erik, just before you left our shop you said "People tend to think they need to caramelize their substrate to be sterile." you told me I only need to get to 200 degrees F for approx 2 hours in my barrel steamer to get the job done. I don't think you realize how mind blowing that was! We were shooting for 10 hours because that's what everyone online was saying. I'm not near other growers which is a blessing and a curse so I don't get to talk shop other than over instagram etc.

Anyway, the subscription was easily covered by the electric savings you've bestowed on us! I'll keep watching, keep the content coming! Oh, and thanks so much for the samples:)

Sporadically yours,

Matty P.
