LIONS MANE BREEDING PROJECT UK

hello everyone, just wanted to share and discuss something I’ve been working on - just hit a bit of a milestone!!!

sending a bunch of strains to the chemist we work with (gen 1 and gen 2) from a lions mane breeding project. Would love to discuss findings at a further date (farm I’m at is in the medicinal game, hence chemist) but already have a fair bit of observational data points……. And think the potential (despite a lot of leg work) is HUGE for gourmet and medicinal.
