Well it worked well. The grow room can handle a lot more than I thought originally but I found my main issue to be Refrigeration as I'm rocking like 2 regular fridges. The CO2 meter and a handful of timers made the growroom basically turn key
I didn't have clients so that was the 2nd issue. I was able to grow and sell pretty directly to an actual mushroom business but the Chesnuts for me is an investment like a month ahead and while waiting for payment on one harvest (87lbs Nuts & $80ish of chicken of the woods) I was ready to harvest the next, realized that I might not be paid and didn't feel comfortable being "owed" another harvest ($500+ times 2 for 2months of blocks for me) decided best to focus back on the regular grind- Go lay some bricks and turn into to food and shelter. I am pretty certain that I will succeed but not through this winter. For starters I'll probably make a farm stand for the Farm, NH has decent homestead laws. As well as try to get into the markets my self.

One great thing that's happened from stopping any extra work (side work or mushrooms) past couple months I've studied a bit on extraction in general. Read Pihkal and Tihkal which was awesome. My self Christmas presents going to be 1000ml extraction gear. Very excited about that then I'll never waste anything and start a bit of soxhlet stuff
