P Rex looking to be a Kick Ass mushroom.   Luckily NH Eric helped me out by fruiting them so I could go vacation for a week and not fuck them up. Been getting pictures but they apparently look to be almost 1 pound a mushroom. Holy shit right!?  This is Milligan's hand/picture.

I'll be up at the Maine Fungi Fest at the NH Mushroom table, I hope to see some MycoWizards there

Rosecomb is from water correct?

I'm getting it a bit on a couple oyster strains. The grow has a cement floor and I'm using pure water so I'm thinking possibly the water outside the basement foundation is possibly a cause?  Next step I guess is A-get good H2O filtered into humidifier and keep cleaner B- install a floor of sorts.  Maybe epoxy.   Any suggestions welcomed

Scoop out 10 jars of Oats into the pot wanting like at least 10lbs of grains cooked. A jar is almost 1lb dry every time. 12 hr Soak&simmer in good water w/gypsum.  Ended with (16lb soaked & simmered+ dried all day and bagged Grains).

-3 four pound bags and 2 two lb bags. Incredible Math that I'd never know how to consider but that's pretty damn perfect 62% grain hydration right there.

10 = 16 - 62% = 6.08 = the H2O

Who's using the black bags?  Do you like them? Wondering if the magically increased yields are happening with Chesnuts also. They are pricey for sure.  Found 100 for $60 but just wondering other's thoughts/experiences

The water treatment was due for me.  Chesnuts seem to do well no matter what.  Upon cleaning my huge tub of water I noticed the UV light stopped working.  Not sure when. Cleaned all parts pretty well and bought 25 gallons of distilled h2o looking like the crazy dude at market basket.  Should be good for this month until I get a water treatment filter apparatus. Rocking well water and oysters seem to not like it whatsoever

Snow white oyster. These are awesome.  I had a feeling people would like them at least around here being White and pleasant looking as most are used to buttons.  Harvested a couple blocks so not a lot of weight.  They sold at the farmers market within an hour. Bank account from zero to enough for the whole work week quick. Very cool mushroom.

I have a key to one of the Cordy Cult gates.......😈...feeling almost obligated to share a link to this new research paper.

Funny story,  when I started doing masonry on my own pricing was difficult.  I called another company once and as soon as the guy realized I was not a client and just another mason trying to find out his prices he said "Fuck you,  you piece of shit!" (Click)    lol.  It reminds me of what's happened with cordy breeders n the US. In a way I get it but I also fully believe IF YOU CAN -THEN YOU SHOULD and being helpful/kind is the true enlightenment
