I am thinking I will try rotating frozen ice packs in my water reservoir. 

Thank you for the response, I've spent the majority of this week boiling my oats for 30 mins, letting dry over a number of hours, then putting them through two 24 hour cycles of pasteurization. 

I found that the majority of my bags/jars seem to be holding a more even level of hydration. As far as trich, it's not in all of my jars/blocks/bags but I do see it appear in probably 20% of my agar dishes, and 30% of my spawn. It doesn't seem to appear in the any of the spawn I chose to observe over a number of days rather than inoculate. I've replaced the inline fan than blows from my plenum (my garage smh) into my lab and I hope the 700 cfm increase will give me better results and if it doesn't I think I will replace the hepa filter on my flow hood. 

If all goes well with this batch of spawn I think I will keep this process but if I could get away with dry bagging it would save a days worth of work.
