I just watched the dehydrator on the cheap video. most of the home dehumidification units Ive looked at only go down to 30%. Does the end up being low enough for storing dried mushrooms or marinated and dried mushrooms (jerky).  Any thoughts?

I have a fleet of these Ideal-Air humidifiers, two smaller 75 pint units for a 10'X18' grow room. No one sells replacement parts. Hawthorne has not been helpful. You will end up dismantling them to clean them frequently because they grow slim in the holding trays. eventually the float valves develop indented spots and don't shut off very well.   Im experimenting with the House Of Hydro ultrasonics and find them better so far. Have you checked out the Mycowizard video with the Australian humidity control module and Hart high pressure humidifier? Id like to move in the direction over time.

I have been using a manual CO2 meter to read grow rooms and then on/off timers to adjust cycle times on negative pressure exhaust  for a couple of years. I have multiple grow rooms of 165 sqft.  I'm contemplating moving to CO2 controllers, primarily for greenhouses, and I see a few out there for under $150. Any preferences? Good experiences, bad experiences?

I have one InkBird that I use primarily to exhaust the whole facility during closed up winter months.

Yes, I agree with Dakota. I  really love the videos; I didn't notice the balance between background audio and foreground yabbering unbalanced as much as the general mastering isn loud enough. a bit more volume on the audio would be helpful;Im maxing out my laptop volume and still leaning in to hear.  I work with a number of bouncy house fans for FAE and the background noise of those bright green suckers makes it a bit difficult to hear the audio on the videos.
