Oi Marcos!  Are you saying you periodically spray your sub with pcc slurry water or something else?  Generally we're growing in bags over here in the US w/ regards to specialty mushrooms, so not a lot of opportunity to add water (not that our substrate would absorb it anyway - it's fairly hydrophobic)Warmer weather coming your way, try to enjoy it (and avoid the blotch!!)

I'd really like to learn this also.  It seems it's been done overseas for a very long time but the secret isn't out in the clear yet... Anybody got any tips other than hypoxylon archeri + tremella fucifomix .... something something something... profit?

There has got to be a better way.  What do the big boys do?
