Erik LomenSo are you saying that maitake need very little gas exchange?   Has anyone measured C02 in their incubation room?  Should it be low or high?  

Erik Lomen, sorry, I missed your messsage.  Im using hardwood (eucalypt) sawdust 60% + soy 40%.  I really like the unicorn bags, but they're just unaffordable in australia right now based on the dollar.  I can import chinese bags at a third of the price
