Subject: Urgent Refund and Membership Cancellation Request

Dear MycoWizards Team,

I’m posting this on your Community Dashboard because I have no other way to contact you. If I’ve missed something, please accept my apology. I’ve searched everywhere and cannot find any listed email address or contact method. I don’t use social media apart from YouTube, so I genuinely don’t know how else to reach you.

I cancelled my membership last December, but it was automatically renewed in July and my card has been charged again since then. I did not confirm or authorise any renewal. Please issue a full refund for these charges, stop any further payments, and confirm that my membership has been fully cancelled as you told me it would be in December.

The email I previously replied to turned out to be a “do not reply” address, and my messages bounced back into my junk folder, which I only discovered recently. You can verify from my account history that I haven’t logged in since I originally cancelled.

I think your work is excellent and I mean no disrespect. I’m simply asking you to honour what was agreed, refund my money, and confirm cancellation. If you provide me with an active email address, I’ll gladly remove this post and continue the conversation privately.
